About |
Name: Ivy ||
Age: four years ||
Species: mutagenic gray wolf ||
Relations: none The first three years of Ivy's life are a blur of pain and rage. The memories are faint and disjointed, but the anger of the experiments performed on her persist. Used for scientific research in the areas of disease and DNA mutation, Ivy was injected with multiple strains of laboratory-grown viruses and toxins for the sake of biological warfare and super-soldier research. The experiments left her with an advanced mutagenic DNA structure which causes gene evolution and cell division at an accelerated rate. She also exhibits signs of immunity to various deadly diseases, but is a carrier for many of them. Because of the danger she poses to others, she isolates herself and has become a solitary creature who's anger and angst, loneliness and trauma have rapidly paved a path for the first signs of insanity to creep in. Ivy wears torn, dirtied bandages over each ankle to hide the scars and follicle damage caused by the shackles of her imprisonment. She is never found without these. Sometimes she adds bandages around her mouth to act as a sort of muzzle - a reminder to herself of the danger that coughing near others can pose. She also, sometimes, adds a bandage around her abdomen to tuck items into - a belt, of sorts, to holster the herbs and interesting items that she discovers in her wandering. |
